Zheng Weiyi, Director-general & Secretary of the Leading Party Group. He is in charge of comprehensive work for Bureau & Presiding over the work of Office (Policy and Regulation Division) and Organ Service center temporarily.

Li Jianshe, Inspector & Party members. He is in charge of Sea area and Island management, Personnel department, Provincial Marine Engineering Vocational School and poverty alleviation work.

Wen Bin, Deputy Director & Party members. He is in charge of the Department of Resources and Environmental Management, quality and safety of aquatic products of Management Services, Provincial Oceanic and Fisheries Reserve Management Station (including national, provincial nature reserves), Provincial Oceanic and Fishery Environment Monitoring Center and the provincial aquatic animal disease prevention and control center.

Chen Liangyao, Deputy Director & Party members. He is in charge of the Department of Fisheries and Ocean Fishing, Technological Exchanges and Cooperation, the provincial famous freshwater fish seed breeding center and the provincial Daya Bay Fisheries Test center.

Qu Jiashu, Deputy Director & Party members. He is study abroad for one year and has no division temporarily.

Hong Weidong, Deputy Director & Party members. He is in charge of Finance Department, Ocean Comprehensive Development and Coordination, Provincial Oceanic and Fishery Survey and Design Institute, Guangdong Fishery Group Co., Ltd. and assumes far-reaching assessment titles (doubles in the high &medium judges of Provincial Oceanic and Fishery).
